Departure Procedure

* Numbers refer to Floorplan

  1. Go to super market in Cowell and make sure you have replaced all foods, drinks and condiments you have used

  2. Strip beds and pillow cases - leave quilts and blankets neatly arranged

  3. Wash, dry and fold all towels and linen and put away in linen closet if provided by property

  4. Pack away all toys, outdoor furniture from where found

  5. Pack away kitchen items, cups, plates etc where you found them

  6. Clean kitchen benches and tables

  7. Dust off windows and window sills

  8. Pack all personal belongings - check fridge, laundry, all bedrooms, cupboards and closets

  9. Turn off powerboard for TV and WiFi

  10. Turn off fridge and insect zapper at power point above fridge - must be empty and held open to stop mould

  11. Vacuum all carpets and couches

  12. Pull in the little boat trailer (if it was stored in the games room when you arrived)

  13. Shut and lock roller door from inside games room (25) with steel rods into holes

  14. Lock front sliding glass door

  15. Shut and lock all windows with pins pushed in

  16. Turn off gas bottle (16) and check level - if low or empty call owner.

  17. Check rainwater tank - if low or empty call owner.

  18. Lock main entrance door (1) and place key in location you obtained it

  19. Turn off sub power (3) for hot water pump

  20. Turn off main power (2) for hot water

  21. Look around and ensure property is same as you found it and ready for next set of guests.
